Описание: The third morning of the trek and the first one — of the attempt to summit Mt. Belukha. Its Western peak is visible on the left of the sunlit range, but the main Eastern one is behind the corner. We spent good 8 hours scrambling over the moraine seen in the middle part of the frame to get behind that corner to the so-called "Tomsk" basecamp that is right under the Eastern Belukha peak and its Akkem Wall. Archangel Michael's chapel is also visible in the center of the frame.
