Описание: This light post on S Walter Reed Dr in Arlington VA was knocked down by a car right after New Year's almost two weeks ago and is still laying next to the sidewalk with various glass and other debris strewn about. Cars are amazing destructive in a casual sort of way. As it happens, I came across this the morning after it apparently happened and the SUV that did this was parked around the corner at the next intersection - it had demolished its front right fender area but was still (just barely) drivable, it seems. It could have just as easily been a person walking along the sidewalk when this person lost track of the road.
