Îïèñàíèå: c/n 182-209 Originally built in 1944 as an AT-6D for the USAAF with the c/n 121-41857 and serial 44-81135. Remanufactured as a T-6G in 1952 with the new c/n 182-209 and new US military serial 51-14522. Transferred to the French Air Force in 1956/57 and flew as 14522. It then carried out Counter-Insurgency duties with the following overseas units: - EALA 5/73 at Maison Blanche, Algeria, EALA 1/73 at Bamako, Mali, EALA 3/73 at Dakar, Senegal, EALA 5/72 at Colomb-Bechar, Algeria, EALA 2/2 at Oued-Zenata, Algeria and EALA 7/72 at Tebessa, Algeria. In April 1962 it came back to France for training duties and joined the Ecole Elementaire de Pilotage at Cognac Airbase (BA709). Grounded in an accident on 2nd April 1963, it went on display at Cognac and remained there until becoming part of the National collection during 1977. It was restored by Association des Ailes Anciennes and since 1979 it has been on display in the Cockade Hall ‘French Military Aviation’ (Hall 8) at the Mus'ee de l'air et de l'espace.
