Готовим туй кебаб классический на 50 человек. Готовят это блюдо на большие мероприятия . Подают в качестве второго блюда. В классическом варианте не добавляют картофель и готовят на хлопковом масле. Изюминка блюда много не крупных помидоров целиком ! В начале ролика по ошибке написано "казан кабоб", это "туй кабоб". ))) Готовят только в Самарканде и сам.области.
