Don't stop when you are tired, stop when you are done. This story is about a dream that looked impossible to me, this story is about Lion Heart Ultra triathlon, 3 km swim, 116 km mountain biking and 21 km trail run. Тhis isn’t just a competition, this is life! Every dream starts with the question, What if? What if I fail, what if I can’t do it, what if I fall and get injured, what if I die? We will never know these answers, unless we try. We are all born fearless, not knowing what will happen after our actions, exploring new ways, falling, getting up, trying again and again until we learn to crawl, to walk, to run, swim, bike, life is an endless experiment, you get better and better every time you face difficulties. We become stronger by overcoming them. All we have to do is try. In these physical competitions and in life as well, there is one very important strategy, I call it the checkpoint mentality. Go as far as you can see and then you can see some more. The finish line is too far away and if you think of it, you may become discouraged, so no matter what the circumstances are, you head only for the next checkpoint. There you would decide how good or bad your condition is. But life always supports you there, you will find food, drinks, energy, new friends who will encourage you and help you. You just need to carry on and head to the next checkpoint. We are all capable of achieving our dreams, no matter how difficult they look in the beginning. Don’t stop until you are proud. To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did! You may think this is not the right time, that you are not prepared, you think this is impossible and beyond your capabilities, but remember, we are all capable of achieving the impossible and there would never be a right time to chase your dreams, than the time you have right now.
