Akka Residence Villas is a complex consisting of seven one- and two-story modern villas located on a separate green area of the Akka Antedon hotel. Built in 2011, the total area of the territory is 6000 m^2. Guests can use both individual VIP service and the general concept of the AKKA Antedon hotel. The hotel has smoking and non-smoking areas, including the beach. The hotel accommodates guests with disabilities (std rooms), there are also wheelchairs for rent (for a fee).
