In this vlog, I’m talking about my podcast “Tревоженька” (which translates roughly to "Anxious Person"), a project I’m working on with a friend. The aim of the podcast is to help people learn how to live happily and healthily with anxiety. We want to break down the stigma surrounding it and show that it’s possible to manage anxiety in a way that doesn’t interfere with living a full and joyful life.
