Волго-Донской Судоходный Канал - Шлюз №11 в посёлке Комсомольский Калачевского района Волгоградской области. Шлюз расположен между Береславским водохранилищем с восточной стороны (собственно наш корабль на видео с восточной стороны и подходит к шлюзу) и шлюзом №12 с западной стороны, на Донском склоне канала. Наземные здания нижних голов шлюза повторяют архитектуру сооружений шлюза № 7. Тип шлюза — однокамерный, однониточный. Габариты камеры шлюза: длина — 145 метров, ширина — 17,78 метров. Глубина на нижнем пороге — 4,10 метра, на верхнем пороге — 4,40 метра от проектного уровня. Глубина канала в районе шлюза №11 составляет 4,6 метра со стороны Береславского водохранилища и 4 метра со стороны двенадцатого шлюза.
